This innovative online Master’s Degree programme has been developed in order to help create experts within the field of Behaviour Analysis, Communication and Credibility Analysis. In a collaborative partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University, The Emotional Intelligence Academy (EIA Group) has developed the Master’s Degree in Communication, Behaviour and Credibility Analysis (CBCA) to meet the needs of students that wish to understand human behaviour at the deepest level. The program has been designed to convey the latest scientific research across the core disciplines of Psychology, Sociology, Linguistics, and Criminology, providing students with a holistic understanding of people, through studying their behaviours, influences, emotions, biases and methods of communicating.
The MSc has a balanced focus on Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Skills, Deception, and Behaviour Analysis. While you explore ‘how’ and ‘why’ humans behave as they do, you will also practise and study the application and real-world skills developed from the research. Applying models, methods and techniques through practice, exercises and analysis across a wide range of contexts and interactions.
The MSc CBCA is a fully supported online and distance learning program over 2 years, utilising the latest developments in online learning to provide engaging and interactive virtual workshops. Supported by online modules accessed through the EIA portal, available anywhere with a web connection, as well as for offline playback. This allows you to study at your own pace and in the time you find between your busy personal and professional lives.
Your course materials and resources are available through a state-of-the-art learning management system. The program modules are delivered by a team of experienced professionals and professors that have a real passion for the subjects covered and use the knowledge and skills in real-world, high-stake environments.
This Master’s Degree program aims to attract students of all ages and backgrounds, developing Research Practitioners that can work at the top level of expertise in human behaviour, emotions and communication roles. Students are open to apply the content in any application that fits their goals, from Fraud, Law and Security to People Management, Healthcare and Consultancy.

Syllabus
The MSc CBCA degree is awarded on successful completion of the full course syllabus and amounts to 180 credits. There are exit awards built into the programme at 60 credits for a Postgraduate Certificate in CBCA, and 120 credits for a Postgraduate Diploma in CBCA.

Yes! We host masterclass workshops for all students that are enrolled in the program, these are held multiple times each year and are free to attend! These dates will be sent out to you on enrolment or please email us to find out when they will be running.
Yes! You will be fully enrolled with Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU), receiving a student card, university email address and access to MMU’s facilities and online resources.
We ask that all recommend that all participants are above the age of 18. Should you or someone you know be interested in the programme and is below the age of 18, please contact us and we’d be happy to discuss some options.
Unfortunately, at this moment we are unable to offer any scholarships. We can offer flexible payment plans and advice on funding. Ensure to check back as we are working hard on offering more options for all those who want to join the MSc.

No, the cost is the same for any student.
The tuition fee is fully inclusive for all program content, materials and support. The only possible extra costs are for your travel, accommodation and meals during the free to attend live masterclasses held in Manchester, UK. There is a fee due for a deferment of enrolment or resitting a year.
On successful completion of the full 180 credit MSc, you will be awarded a Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Communication, Behaviour & Credibility Analysis from Manchester Metropolitan University. A level 7 United Kingdom postgraduate academic degree recognised globally.
We aim to flexible and can accommodate many tailored requests. The key requirement is that an initial payment of £1,250 is made before starting the program, we can then spread the remaining amount over the duration of the program. Some students like to take advantage of the 10% discount offered for full payment of the tuition fee.
