After completing the core program, you’ll have the option to engage in further individual coaching sessions with your facilitator on an ad-hoc basis, should you wish to explore new areas, tackle emerging challenges, or simply have a refresher. We can discuss flexible arrangements tailored to your needs.

Absolutely. Many leaders who come to us already possess strong foundational EQ skills. For them, the EQ Accelerator™ acts as a powerful refiner and amplifier. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise for busy leaders. If you need to reschedule a session, we request at least 48 hours’ notice, and then we can find another suitable time for you and your facilitator.
